These Terms of Use (“terms”) are an agreement between you and Origin Five Labs Teknoloji A.Ş., Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. No:199/6, Levent 199 Binası, Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye (“Origin Five Labs”, “we”, “us”), for the Packwell mobile app and its related services (“Packwell”). By installing or using Packwell you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Packwell.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
2. Using Packwell
Packwell helps you build a wardrobe from your photos, plan outfits for your trips and pack a suitcase within a weight limit. It includes a Stylist chat and virtual try-on. Features may change as we improve the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Packwell (16 in the European Economic Area and the UK, unless a parent or guardian has consented where the law allows). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
Packwell has no login. On first launch it creates an anonymous account tied to your device, and keeps its key in your iPhone's keychain so it can survive a reinstall. If you lose or reset your device, or the keychain is cleared, you may lose access to your account and its content. You are responsible for what happens on your device.
You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings › Account › Delete profile.
4. Packwell Pro subscriptions
Packwell is free to download and has a free tier with usage limits: for example, your first trip is shown in full and later trips show their first day, and the number of closet pieces you can add, new looks and Stylist chats is limited. Free-plan limits apply per device and are not restarted by deleting and re-creating a profile. Packwell Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or annually, that unlocks every feature, including every day of every trip and virtual try-on, subject to fair-use daily limits on some AI features. The price, billing period and any free trial or introductory offer are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Managing and cancelling. Manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase: iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your Packwell profile does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
- Restoring. Use “Restore purchases” in the app to reconnect a subscription bought with the same Apple ID.
- Price changes follow Apple's rules, including telling you in advance and, where required, asking for your consent.
Pro features may be subject to fair-use limits that protect the service from abuse. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
5. Apple's Standard EULA
If you got Packwell from the App Store, your licence to use it is the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). These terms add to it. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies to the licence of the app.
You and we agree that: these terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Packwell; Apple is not responsible for any product claims, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or claims that Packwell infringes someone else's intellectual property; if Packwell fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any), and to the extent the law allows Apple has no other warranty obligation; you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or on a US prohibited-parties list; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you put into Packwell (“your content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, copy and display your content, and to send it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to run and improve Packwell for you and as that policy describes. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
You confirm that you have the right to use your content in Packwell. Only use photos of other people with their permission, and never a photo of a minor that is not yours to share. The on-device scan is designed to take only your own outfits.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Packwell to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy, publicity and intellectual property rights;
- upload or try to create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content, or any content involving minors in a sexual context;
- use try-on or any other feature on a photo of someone without their consent, or to impersonate or deceive anyone;
- get around usage limits, create accounts in bulk, or use bots, scrapers or automated access;
- reverse-engineer, attack, overload or interfere with Packwell or its servers, except where the law expressly allows it;
- resell or commercially exploit Packwell or its output without our written permission.
We may remove content or limit, suspend or end access that breaks these rules.
8. AI suggestions and estimates
Packwell uses AI and automated estimates. They are helpful, but they can be wrong. In particular:
- outfit suggestions, clothing descriptions and try-on pictures are suggestions and illustrations, not exact representations of how clothes look or fit;
- weights are estimates. Clothing and luggage weights, and whether a bag is under a limit, may be off. Weigh your bag and check your airline's current rules before you travel;
- weather comes from third-party forecasts and can change;
- travel notes, such as plug types or what to pack, are general tips. Check official sources for anything important, such as entry, visa, customs, medication or safety rules.
You are responsible for your decisions. AI output may be similar for different users, and we don't guarantee it is unique or free of third-party rights.
9. Our rights
Packwell, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Packwell name and logo, belongs to Origin Five Labs or its licensors and is protected by law. Apart from the licence to use the app, these terms don't give you any rights in it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
10. Third-party services
Packwell relies on third-party services, such as Apple's App Store and the providers in our Privacy Policy, and may link to third-party websites. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Packwell is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that Packwell will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will find every garment in your photos. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Origin Five Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, luggage fees or travel costs, arising from your use of Packwell. Our total liability for any claim relating to Packwell is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Packwell in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross negligence and wilful misconduct, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
13. Ending these terms
You can stop using Packwell and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. We may also discontinue Packwell; if we do, we will try to give reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as 8, 11, 12 and 15, continue after these terms end.
14. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when Packwell or the law changes. We will show the new date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Packwell after that, the new terms apply.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim in its courts.
