### 1. Your closet, built from your own photos

Take a quick selfie and Packwell looks through your photo library on your iPhone. It finds the photos of you and cuts out every piece you're wearing, so you never photograph clothes one by one.

- The scan runs on the device, with Apple's Vision framework.
- Only a crop around each piece is uploaded, its background removed, never your full photo.
- You can instead pick a few outfit photos yourself, or add pieces by hand.
- In the review step you tap a piece to fix its category, leave it out or merge a duplicate.

### 2. An outfit for every day's weather

Tell Packwell where and when you're going. It reads the forecast for your destination and plans a look for each day from your own closet: layers for a cool morning, something light for the heat, a jacket when rain is due.

Pick your bag and its weight limit. Packwell packs the planned looks and the essentials the trip calls for, weighs everything as it goes, and trims before the bag goes over. Tick things off in the checklist as you pack.

Ask the Stylist what to wear for a dinner, a meeting or a day out, and it styles looks from your own closet for the weather where you'll be. When you like one, try it on: Packwell dresses a photo of you in the look.

- Save looks to Outfits and add them to a trip day.
- Your try-on photo is uploaded only after you agree, and you can delete it any time.

## Privacy

- Scanning happens on your phone. Packwell recognises you from a selfie, finds your outfits and cuts out the clothes on the device.
- Your face print never leaves your phone. It is kept in the iOS keychain, used only to find you in your photos, and can be deleted in Settings › Privacy.
- Only the clothes are uploaded. From the scan, just a crop around each garment leaves your phone, its background removed. Your full photos, faces, rooms and other people stay where they are.
- AI only with your OK. Packwell asks before anything is sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini directly or through EachLabs, OpenAI, and TypeSafe AI), and never uses it for advertising. Change your mind in Settings › Privacy.
- Advertising measurement (Adjust, Meta, TikTok) uses your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking in Apple's prompt.
- Delete everything in the app: Settings › Account › Delete profile removes your account, wardrobe, trips and photos from our servers.

### What's a good app to pack a suitcase for a trip?

Packwell packs a suitcase from the clothes you already own. You get a checklist to tick off as you pack.

### Is there an app that plans outfits for the weather?

### How does the scan work, and do my photos leave my phone?

The scan runs on your iPhone, with Apple's Vision and Core ML frameworks. From your selfie it makes a face print, finds the photos of you in your library, and cuts out the clothes you're wearing in them. Your photos are not uploaded; faces, rooms and other people stay on your phone. Only a crop around each garment is uploaded, its background removed on your phone, and described by an AI provider to build your wardrobe, after you allow Packwell to use AI. Your face print never leaves your phone; it's kept in the iOS keychain. Delete it in Settings › Privacy & data › Delete face data. If you prefer not to scan, skip the selfie and pick a few outfit photos yourself, or add pieces by hand.

### How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings (the gear on the Trips, Outfits or Wardrobe tab), tap Account › Delete profile and confirm. Your profile, wardrobe, clothing images, trips, looks, Stylist chats and try-on photos are permanently deleted from our servers, and your face print is removed from your phone. This can't be undone. Deleting your profile does not cancel a subscription; cancel it with Apple. If you can't open the app, email support@packwellai.com and we'll delete your data for you.

### How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Packwell Pro is billed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Packwell, and change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription. Or open https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to stop the next renewal; you keep Pro until then. Refunds are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

### How do I restore my purchases?

Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you bought Pro with. In Packwell, open Settings › Packwell Pro and tap Restore purchases. If nothing is found, check that the subscription is still active under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or email support.

### Why is a piece missing or wrong in my wardrobe?

The scan only takes clothes from photos where it's sure it's you and the piece is clearly visible. Pieces that are mostly hidden, in a busy crowd or in low light may be skipped, and a big library is scanned over several visits. Tap a piece to fix its category or leave it out; merge duplicates; add missing pieces with + in the Wardrobe tab or by sharing a photo of an outfit with the Stylist. A piece shown as a faint outline is waiting for a clearer photo.

### What is try-on, and what is sent to AI?

Try-on dresses a photo of you in a look from your closet. You choose the photo, and it's uploaded only after you agree. It's sent with the look's pieces to an AI image provider (such as OpenAI, through our partner) to create the pictures, stored privately, never shown to anyone else, and deletable in Settings › Privacy & data › Delete try-on photos. Try-on is part of Packwell Pro. Other AI features ask first too: the Stylist sends your messages, chat photos and closet pieces; building your closet and planning trips sends a crop around each piece of clothing and your trip details. They're used only to create your result, never for advertising.

### Which languages does Packwell support?

12 languages: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic. Packwell follows your iPhone's language; to change it for Packwell only, open iOS Settings › Apps › Packwell › Language.

### How accurate are the weights?

They're estimates from each piece's type and material, so the total can be off by a little. Weigh your bag before you fly and check your airline's current limits.
